How to Inform Buymore Organic About a Defective Order
- Contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the
product.
- Provide photographic evidence of the defective product, a
picture of the invoice, and your order number.
- Upon receipt, Buymore Organic will issue a replacement
against the product mentioned in the invoice.
